Join us for a mind and body centering yoga class on the water! Your instructor will guide you through easy poses that will help you enhance your balance and strengthen your core. Leave class refreshed and relaxed!

What: Introduction to SUP Yoga

Who: Beginners welcome! (SUP beginners and/or Yoga beginners)

Where: Boardsports Alameda

When: Sundays 10:30am-12pm (90 minute class includes 10-15 minute warm up paddle, then approx 40 min yoga class)
